Experience :

After watching this video I think she is not like other teacher. She cares students a lot. So she can find this point. And let's discuss the talk. I think what she found was right. Because there are some people around us who study very hard then others and their score was high. Are they very smart? Absolutely not. They are good because their gritty. So after all the point is you need to do things gritty then you will be success!
